  Join us for the 14th annual Northern California yarn lovers experience from July 17-19, 2026!

The Wine Country Yarn Hop consists of 5 shops located in the beautiful Wine Country and is a fiber enthusiasts dream tour.

We encourage you to explore and indulge in each shop and their unique assortments of yarn and fiber!

Participants will be entered to win a prize basket at each shop, AND the Grand Prize basket when a complete passport is turned in. Hoppers will also get a FREE pattern at each store!

   April 25, 2026 is the day to celebrate creativity, craftsmanship, and community. It’s a day dedicated to the small businesses that bring fiber enthusiasts together, offering unique yarns, expert advice, and a welcoming space to learn and share. Whether you’re a knitter, crocheter, weaver, or just starting your fiber journey, LYS Day is your chance to connect with others who share your love of yarn.

At Purls of Joy, we welcome this opportunity to celebrate with you, our wonderful community. On LYS Day, we will host a yarn-tasting, 10% discount on all tasting yarns, and a community pot-luck.

Join us at 1:00pm on Saturday, April 25. Touch the yarns. Feel the warmth of community.

 Join our Good Vibes group two Sundays a month and create fabulous gifts for donation to worthy causes. No fee for participation.

 Every Thursday (except UFO week), we host a yarncraft-a-long pot luck.  Bring your latest project, share stories, share food & drink. Whether you are a beginner or an expert, it's a great time to connect with fellow crafters.

Don't forget about UFO night, the first Friday of each month! Your opportunity to pull out the spooky unfinished projects in your closet and get inspiration to complete them.
